A Little About Dom…
I’m Dominick Ard’is (Dom), and I help leaders and teams turn vision into execution—without burning people out or relying on heroics. My mission is personal: mitigate the number of dreams that go to the grave… including my own. I do that through three lanes: Founder, Funder, and Facilitator and have lived the full cycle—building my first company in 2012, failing it in 2014, and learning firsthand what breaks teams: unclear roles, weak collaboration, and misaligned decision-making.
After consulting in operations, strategy, and user experience, I founded ACT House—a B-Corp—and created the ACT Model (Architects, Creatives, Techies), a proprietary assessment built to strengthen team cohesion and accelerate performance. Through our accelerator, I’ve invested in 45+ companies and worked alongside founders, executives, and creatives to build repeatable momentum. I show up through consulting, facilitation, courses, and speaking—but the goal is consistent: create clarity, strengthen collaboration, and help people ship the work they’re called to do.
